Zeus, Dog of Dogs.
To anyone who has ever had a special pet, you know why I am bothering to post this picture, which was just shared with me on Facebook by the photographer! How cool is that?I rescued Zeus from being euthanized in 1987. This picture was taken in 1988 outside the famous/imfamous Boston haunt, The Rat, at a photo shoot for my killer Boston punk/metal band, Shake the Faith.
Zeus won the hearts of everyone he met. He saved my life and my ass on more than a handful of occassions. He was the rockstar of the two of us... everyone loved him the minute they met him. He wagged his tail instead of his tongue!
